For the past 18 months our youngest son, Ted (now 5) has been fighting Leukaemia with courage and bravery beyond his years. His example of enduring through a tough situation is inspirational. I have not been on a bicycle since I was a kid and whilst ENDURE FOR A CURE can not compare to cancer treatment, it will be tough. I am going to cycle as many kms as I possibly can in 12 hours to help cure childhood cancer!

Endure for a Cure is a unique closed-circuit, team endurance cycling challenge to raise money for kids who endure the challenge of cancer treatment. All proceeds of the event go to Children’s Cancer Institute, the only independent medical research institute in Australia wholly dedicated to putting an end to childhood cancer. Every year more than 950 children and adolescents in Australia are diagnosed with cancer. These children endure painful treatment and lifelong side-effects.
